Prof. WILHELM NORDEMANN Dr. jur., (Attorney at Law, European Trade
Mark Attorney) studied jurisprudence at Göttingen and Tübingen before joining the law firm of Dr.
Friedrich Karl Fromm in Berlin. Since then he has specialised in intellectual property and copyright law.
He has been lecturing in this speciality at the West Berlin Freie Universität since 1969. Since the
reunification he belongs to the Humboldt Universität Berlin. He is
a counsel on Copyright Law to the German Secretary of Justice. Furthermore,
he is the legal adviser to several copyright associations and has been named
