STEVEN LANE (European Trade Mark
Attorney, Registered Trade Mark Agent, Member of the Institute of Trade Mark
Attorneys) graduated with a BSc majoring in Pharmacology from the University
of Auckland, New Zealand and a LLB from the University of Victoria, New
Zealand. He was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of
New Zealand in 2001. He now specialises in all aspects of trade mark law and
practice in the UK and overseas.
