RENATE HELLENTHAL, LL.M.,
(Attorney at Law, admitted at the European Trade Mark Office) studied law at
the Universities of Munster and Lausanne. She completed her Master of Laws (LL.M)
at the Emory University (Atlanta, GA) and has practiced as a lawyer since
1991, first in the Berlin offices of the international law firm Linklaters
before joining Boehmert & Boehmert in 2007. She is active in the field of
