RUDOLF BÖCKENHOLT Dr. jur., LL.M.,
(Attorney at Law) studied law at the University of Münster. He joined the
postgraduate scholarship programme “International Studies in Intellectual
Property Law”. He received his Master of Laws degree, LL.M., after stages at
the School of Law, University of Exeter (UK), at the Technical University of
Dresden and the German Patent and Trademark Office in Munich. At the
Institute for Information-, Telecommunication- and Media Law, at University
of Münster, he obtained his PhD on a comparative study on Trade Mark and
Copyright law. His interests are focused mainly on Trade Mark law and unfair
