GABRIELE PFISZTER (Attorney at law,
admitted at the European Trade Mark Office) studied law at the universities
of Tuebingen and Leiden in The Netherlands, and continued her education
with, among others, the German Patent and Trade Mark Office in Munich and a
law firm in Los Angeles. She has been practising intellectual property and
copyright law since 2000, with a focus on trade mark, design, and copyright
