MATTHEW
SHAW (British and European Patent Attorney, European Trade Mark
Attorney, European Design Attorney) graduated BSc (Hons.) in chemistry from
Nottingham University. He has a wide range of technical interests, and works
on a variety of patent issues. He is also concerned with many aspects of law
and practice relating to trade marks in the UK and overseas, industrial
designs and copyright, and has a particular interest in intellectual
property litigation. He is also closely involved with intellectual property
