MICHAEL HARTIG Dipl. Phys., Dr. ès
sciences, (German Patent Attorney, European Patent and Trade Mark Attorney)
studied physics at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität, Munich. After
finishing his diploma he was concerned with measurements of ultra fast
electron scattering processes in semiconductor quantum wells using pulsed
laser systems at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) at
Lausanne, Switzerland, where he gained his PhD. His special interests are in
the field of semiconductor physics, micro- and optoelectronics and laser
technology.
