Lucas Oestreicher, Dipl.Ing.(FH), studied Electronic and Information Technology at the University of Applied Sciences Ingolstadt and the University of Mérida, Venezuela. During his time at the Institute of Applied Research Ingolstadt and the Institute of Sound and Vibration Research of the University of Southampton he did research on the detection of vehicle crashes by structure-borne sound sensing, and the prediction of high-frequency vibration transmission. His technical interests are in particular mechatronic systems, automotive engineering and acoustics.
