LLOYD HOARTON (British Chartered
Patent Attorney, European Patent Attorney and European Design Attorney)
graduated B.Eng. (Hons) in Aerospace Systems Engineering at Southampton
University. He handles Patent and Design prosecution work in diverse
engineering fields including miniature precision motors, white goods,
digital watermarking and nano-engineering whilst retaining an active
involvement in telecommunications, electronics and computer/software related
inventions. He has represented clients in oral proceedings before the
European Patent Office Examining Division, Opposition Division and Board of
