KATRIN SEIBT Dr., (Attorney at Law,
admitted at the European Trade Mark Office) studied law at the
Humboldt-University and Freie University Berlin. After her bar exam, she was
assistant professor at the Institute of German and European Commercial law
of Freie-University of Berlin in the field of unfair competition law and
intellectual property law. Her doctorate thesis deals with a comparative
study of the protection of three-dimensional trademarks in various legal
systems. She was admitted to the bar in 2003 and specialises in trademark
and unfair competition law.
