HANS W. GROENING Dipl.-lng., (German
Patent Attorney, European Patent and Trade Mark Attorney) studied economics
at the University of Hamburg and mechanical engineering at the Technical
Universities of Karlsruhe and Munich. He graduated in kinematics. Initially,
he founded an independent law firm in Düsseldorf, took over the patent
law firm of Patent Attorney Dr. Köhler in Munich and, later on, became
a partner of BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT. He specialises, inter alia, in the
fields of medical, hygienic and personal care products and devices, plastics-processing,
packaging engineering, machine tools, oil drilling technology; opinions,
licensing, infringement and validity procedures, and trade marks.
