FLORIAN
SCHWAB Dr. jur. LL.M., lic. en droit, (Attorney at Law, admitted
at the European Trade Mark Office, Partner) studied law at the Universities
of Wien, Passau, Tours (licence en droit international public) and Munich.
He obtained a Masters of Laws degree in European Law at the University of
Durham (GB). He wrote his doctoral thesis in Community Law analysing the
case law of the European Court of Justice on the principle of proportionality.
Since 1998 he has practised in the field of intellectual property rights,
especially Copyright law, Trade Mark law and unfair competition (both prosecution
and litigation).
