DR. DIANA WARDLEY (British and
European Patent Attorney, European Trade Mark Attorney, Registered Trade
Mark Agent, Member of the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys) graduated BSc (Hons.)
in physics and PhD at Birmingham University, where she also undertook
further research into medical applications of nuclear physics. She is a
Chartered Physicist. She started her patent career with the Ministry of
Defence based at one of their research sites and subsequently worked at
Massey Ferguson, gaining valuable experience of a broad range of
technologies. She is involved in all aspects of patents, designs and trade
marks, both in the UK and overseas.
