DR. DOROTHÉE WEBER-BRULS Dipl.-Phys., Dr.rer.nat., (German Patent
Attorney, European Patent and Trade Mark Attorney) studied physics and geophysics at the University of
Frankfurt and specialised in solid state physics. After graduation she worked at Max-Planck-Institute
(Grenoble), Institute LaueLengevin (Grenoble)and Ris National Laboratory. She was a teaching fellow at
the University of Frankfurt (PhD in physics), being particularly involved in materials science, magnetism,
superconductivity and measurement and control engineering. She is still particularly interested in these
areas of technology. She lectures in Industrial Property Law at the Technical University of Heidelberg.
