DR. CHRISTIAN CZYCHOWSKI Dr. jur., (Attorney at Law, European Trade
Mark Attorney) studied law and musicology at the university of Bonn. There, he also worked as scholary
assistant at the Institute for Administrative Law. From 1990 until 1992, Christian Czychowski was
managing director of the Klassische Philharmonic Düsseldorf. He worked for the consulting firm
McKinsey & Co. in the media branch. His doctorate thesis deals with problems of Copyright Contract Law.
He lectures in copyright and media law at the Musikhochschule Leipzig.
