CHRISTIAN BIEHL Dipl.-Phys., LL.M.,
(German Patent Attorney, European Patent and Trade Mark Attorney) studied
physics at the University of Kiel and in the graduate program of the
Pennsylvania State University. His studies were directed to the
determination of structures in amorphous metals with high energy radiation.
His special interests include material science, environmental technologies
and all matters related to the field of computer science as well as Trade
Mark Law. He obtained the degree of “Master of Laws” (LL.M.) in “European
Industrial Property Rights Law (-Europäischer Gewerblicher Rechtsschutz-)”,
which qualifies him especially for European Patent Litigation (EPL) and for
cross-border litigation regarding Community Trademarks and Designs. In his
thesis work he did comparative studies about German and Japanese Civil Code.
