Dipl.-Phys. Dr. rer. nat., studied physics at the
Ernst-Moritz-Arndt-University in Greifswald. After graduation he did his PhD
at the Fritz-Haber-Institute of the Max-Planck-Society in Berlin on the
influence of atomic defects on the properties of magnetic alloys as well as
investigations of electronic properties of interfaces. His interests focus
on the fields of semiconductor technology and materials science, as well as
interface and surface physics.Member, BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT
