BJÖRN BAHLMANN, Dr. jur., (Attorney at
Law, admitted at the European Trademark Office), studied law at the
Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster. His doctorate thesis deals with
legal issues in relation to unsolicited email advertisements. Before joining
Boehmert & Boehmert he practised for more than three years as an attorney in
the intellectual property and media law department in the Munich office of
the international law firm Nörr Stiefenhofer Lutz, working on trademark,
unfair competition, media and IT law matters. He now focuses on trademark
and unfair competition law as well as combating product piracy.
