AXEL NORDEMANN, Prof. Dr. jur., (Attorney at Law, European Trade Mark
Attorney) studied law at the Universities of Göttingen and Munich. He wrote his doctoral thesis on the
law of copyright regarding photography. For four years he was a research fellow at the Max-Planck-Institute
for Foreign and International Patent, Copyright and Competition Law, Munich. He has specialised in trade
mark, competition and copyright law including electronic media law.
