ANDREAS LUCKE Dr. (German Patent Attorney, European Patent and
Trade Mark Attorney) studied physics in Konstanz, Freiburg and at the
University of Massachusetts in Amherst, where he received his Master of
Science. For his Ph.D. he researched in theoretical solid state physics at
the University of Freiburg and the University of Southern California in Los
Angeles in quantum coherence and electron transfer reactions. His special
interests are electrical engineering, semiconductor technology and medical
