ANDREAS
DUSTMANN Dr. LL.M., (Attorney at Law, admitted at the European
Trade Mark Office, Partner) studied law at the Universities of Heidelberg,
Madrid Complutense and Cologne. He obtained a Master of Laws degree at the
University of Edinburgh. In his doctorate thesis he worked on legal aspects
of music piracy on the internet and copyright liability of service
providers. For two years he was a research fellow at the
Max-Planck-Institute for Foreign Private and Private International Law in
Hamburg. He has specialized in copyright law with special emphasis on the
music business, media law and unfair competition law. He is particularly
